Where did customer care go?
Does it feel to you sometimes that as a customer you are always wrong? That you call somewhere to get help with a question or problem and that you are wrong from the word go?
In today’s economic clime, it seems that more and more companies are missing the point of customer care. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone to a retail store or market and been treated as an inconvenience. I often leave those places thinking to myself, “Well they must have so many customers that they don’t care that I will never come here again”.
What are you doing in your business to make sure that you are taking good care of your customers?
In ours we treat every client like they are our only client. Since we have service staff and customer service reps it is important to constantly coach that staff to make sure that the customers’ needs are always met.
Everyone has challenging days. Everyone has challenging clients. But at the end of the day, customer care is still as important as the product companies offer.
