Meet the Staff

Allen Noll, President

Allen Noll is in the business of building systems to help companies tackle the challenges faced by today’s business owners and executives. Allen’s entrepreneurial spirit comes from his father and from working in and on privately owned businesses for over twenty years. Since his graduation from Villanova University in 1989, he’s been working in the third-party payroll processing industry.

While working at Noll and Company, Inc. and The Payroll Factory®, Allen earned his CPA. He wasn’t interested in being an accountant as much as he wanted the financial knowledge and clarity to further help his clients. He purchased The Payroll Factory® from his father in 2002 and has grown the business year after year servicing their clients’ needs.

Allen maintains membership in The American Payroll Association (APA), Independent Payroll Processors Association (IPPA), the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, and the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization (YEO). He is a member/presenter at national conferences and a chairperson/presenter at Northeast regional meetings of the National Association of Small Business Accountants. He has also been a member, Board Member, and a presenter at national meetings of the Advanced Accountants Marketing Network. And when the American Payroll Processors Association was in its heyday, he served as vice president and a frequent presenter.

Additionally, Allen is asked to contribute his expertise at seminars offered by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Main Line Association of Continuing Education (MACE). He has also attended national IRS meetings on improving the Electronic Funds Transfer Payment Systems.

Allen is married and has three daughters. His EOL/The Payroll Factory® team brought home the Great Valley Corporate Center Softball League Championship the last two years. When not with his family or playing ball, he spends as much time as he can fishing and hunting.

Meg Eynon, Vice President

Ms. Meg Eynon started at The Payroll Factory® in 1994. With a BA from West Chester University in Theatre Arts and waning desire to pursue a theatre career, she looked for opportunities to build a life as a business professional.

Smaller companies benefited from ground floor openings in the third party payroll industry, and so did Meg. She got the chance to learn the business by serving in every position available at the company from marketing to production. Meg’s dedication to customers and quality was rewarded in 2000 when she was promoted to Vice President.

There are many reasons Meg loves her job and the company she helped build. She likes the “all hands on deck” approach to providing customer payroll solutions. She likes being involved in day to day processing, tax money management, payroll system installations at client’s location, vendor management, software updates and sales. She likes that their full service team helps clients grow their businesses by providing advice in the areas of payroll processes, procedures and protocols; by eliminating the need for small business owners to divert their attention from running their businesses; and by handling all the intricacies of payroll tax reporting and the frequent changes in tax laws. “No one has ever told us that they started a business so that they could learn bookkeeping and payroll,” says Meg. “The Payroll Factory® team is well prepared and eager to help you with these aspects of your business.”

Another reason she is so happy at The Payroll Factory® is the professional growth opportunities for women in a woman/family-friendly environment; a fact that is so important for this busy mother of one.

She maintains membership in The Nat’l Association of Female Executives (NAFE), League of Women Voters, Environmental Defense and Emily’s List. She takes advantage of as many networking opportunities as her family, job and time will allow. In her spare time loves to read, traveling with her husband and spends a good deal of time gardening and cooking with her son.
